SimFors acquired the engineering operations of Soderex Instrumentarium Oyj.

 

2006

Tommi Simola became SimFors’ sole owner.

2007

SimFors acquired JT-Yhtiö Oy.

 

2009

SimFors Oy company name registered.

 

2010

MORI-SEIKI NH-5000 horizontal machining centre.

 

2011

JT-Yhtiö Oy merged with SimFors.

Tommi Simola became Chairman of the Board and Antti Koskelainen was appointed Managing Director. Asko Rintala was appointed to the Board.

FANUC robot cell featuring two RoboDril Alfa-T21FLA units and an M-20iA industrial robot equipped with machine vision.

 

2012

New production unit commissioned.

Deliveries started to customers in Malaysia and the US.

 

2013

Deliveries started to customers in Germany and China.

We concentraded our operations in Askola, Finland

New Daewoo Puma 240S was purchased.

We expanded the welding department.

 

2016

The assembly department of the dentists chairs was launched.

We started deliveries to Austria.
